“Safeguard plan” for national roads : Target 2019

In the face of economic stakes, the government is announcing a plan to safeguard national roads in order to mitigate the deterioration of the network not conceded. The project provides for an investment of € 1 billion per year from 2019 with quantitative targets set at 5 years. 

The financing will have to rely on solid and durable financial resources, notably by the contribution of the beneficiaries of the projects (users, industrialists, road transport …).
