Pavement hydrorepair using UHP (Ultra High Pressure) technology

Ultra High Pressure consists in projecting pure water at a pressure of between 600 bars and 2500 bars. Neovia Technologies is developing the concept of hydrorepair of road surfaces in the road and airport sectors:

• Airort runway degumming
• Processing of bleedings
• Roughness improvement
• Removal of road signs

This innovative technology makes it possible to treat road surfaces to improve their characteristics (adhesion, visual appearance) without altering the substrate. It can be applied to all types of existing surfaces: asphalt, plaster, concrete, and road surfaces: airport runways, roads, highways. The technical choices we have made have been the keys to our success with our clients :

• Working pressure: 2500 bar – Maximum pressure used for all sites, providing optimum effectiveness and yield
• Flow: 35l/min. – Low flow, guaranteeing the substrate’s lifespan and maximum autonomy for the unit (one working day)
• Compact truck – 8×4 vehicle with no trailer for minimum congestion.
• Support arm for the jetting tool located at the front of the vehicle for precise targeting of the surface to be treated.
